What they're doing is just crazy.

I've read about that day in previous years. I understand Russia has to remedy their population crisis, but it's so much more than just having babies. They have to remedy their job and income issues so people can afford to raise their children. How many people that have a baby and get that big bonus will later surrender their kids to a dietsky dom because they can't afford to raise them after that bonus money is spent?

there are no words. they really need to take care of the kids they have, than to make more. I agree with Maggie. What she said makes sense.
